The second Latin American Conference on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS LATAM 2019) will be held in Bogota, Colombia on 19- 20th March: This conference is focused on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and take advantage of several different Latin American ITS challenges to produce for citizens ITS services that are the core of creation of smart cities. For that reason, papers are welcome either by theory or practical approaches that contents innovations, new applications, developments, simulations, demonstrations and experimentations. Paper Submission

We solicit submissions of high-quality full papers reporting original and novel research results on all above topics. Papers must be written

in English, or Spanish unpublished and not submitted elsewhere. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. Critical parameters will

include originality, significance, relevance, technical soundness, and language clarity. Full papers (with max 6 pages) will be presented

in English or Spanish languages. Papers written in Spanish or must have abstract, title and keywords in English. The conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® digital library. In addition, our conference has the support of a special edition of Journal IEEE ITS magazine where it will be published the best papers.
